Days 5 & 6: Schools and Community Groups

Yesterday we woke up bright and early and travelled to Elyria Catholic High School.  The students were really receptive to the show and asked some great questions.  They even got one of my actors to sing for them, though it had nothing to do with the topic at hand.

We then loaded back in the van and headed off to Miller South Visual and Performing Arts school in Akron.  We played for about 500 students, teachers, and staff.  Our largest show to date!  These students had many great questions too!  Hopefully they walked away understanding a little more about their peers.

Today, we got a little later start, but a signficantly longer drive to Milford, Ohio.  We played for a group called Autism Families.  The stories we walked away with following that performance will stay with me for a long time!

Tomorrow is our last day of performances for spring break!  We will be at Notre Dame College!  I hope we’ll see you there!
